What Previous Students Say

This was such a great workshop. Really interesting and well laid out with exercises and information to help me understand why good breathing matters so much for my long term health.

I found the pace of the training to be really good. The terminology was at the correct level and I found the course easy to follow. I enjoyed the variation of listening and practical activities. I felt as though my breathing dramatically improved, I felt so relaxed during the practical activities, and for the first time since the 1990s – I was able to breathe through my nose again – amazing! Thank you Laura for revolutionising my life!

The time flew by, as I was so wrapped up in what Laura was sharing with us. I am no stranger to breathing pattern disorders, having specialised in them from a physio perspective. The holistic approach, and the respect and awe for the beauty and intelligence of the human body was new, and shed a whole new light on the respiratory system.

I would recommend this session because it opens so many doors, coming at breath from many angles, so it is relevant who anyone who is alive and leading a modern lifestyle. I loved the way Laura gave us simply loads of information, so there will be something there that will pique anyone’s interest. And I also loved that she kept reinforcing the four basic principles, so that anyone can come away with a simple plan of action.

I enjoyed everything about this class! Laura’s presentation style is refreshing. It’s the perfect mix of science, thought provoking examples, practical breathing techniques and beautiful poetry and art. This training is for EVERYONE! I can’t think of anyone this wouldn’t benefit.
