What is ESB®?

ESB® (Energetic Structural Balance) is an integrative approach within functional medicine. It’s based on the principle that the body possesses a vital force—also known as Qi or Prana—which drives the organism, sustains health, and activates its self-healing capacity.

Various therapeutic systems, such as homeopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), are built on a profound understanding of the body’s energetic function. ESB builds on this knowledge and integrates insights from biomechanics, particularly osteopathy and biotensegrity theory.

Rather than choosing between mechanical and energetic techniques, ESB offers a third, integrative approach that bridges both perspectives. The concepts and techniques of ESB are innovative, unique, and independent of existing systems. They are highly effective and deliver rapid results.

Rather than imposing a correction, ESB® invites the body into a healing process, combining biomechanical insight with spontaneous, co-regulated movement and somatic intelligence. This method enables the body to reset itself — resolving pain, dysfunction, and trauma at their root.
