Steven Goldstein
This autumn, internationally respected educator Steven Goldstein returns to the UK to offer a series of hands-on CPD trainings for manual therapists, bodyworkers, and Bowen practitioners. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Steven’s fascia-led, nervous-system-informed approach brings depth, precision, and practicality to clinical touch. Whether you’re new to his work or returning for more, these courses offer powerful tools for lasting change—in both your practice and your clients’ outcomes.
Why train with Steven Goldstein?
With over 30 years of clinical and teaching experience, Steven Goldstein brings depth, clarity, and practicality to everything he shares. His teaching is grounded in real-world results—not just theory. Drawing on a rich blend of direct myofascial techniques, indirect osteopathic methods, Polyvagal-informed approaches, and structural anatomy, Steven helps practitioners refine their touch and expand their therapeutic impact.
What sets Steven apart is how immediately useful his work is. You’ll walk away with techniques you can use the very next day, and a deeper understanding of how to work with the body’s fascial and nervous systems in ways that feel both effective and respectful—for you and your clients.
These are not off-the-shelf trainings. They’re thoughtful, fascia-led, and rooted in a whole-person approach to care. Steven rarely teaches in the UK—so this is a rare chance to learn directly from a teacher who has helped shape the field, in person, in an intimate setting designed for deep learning.
“I teach therapists how to blend direct and indirect techniques, mechanical and nervous system approaches, to get fast and lasting results without force.”
~ Steven Goldstein

Meet your Tutor – Steven Goldstein
Steven Goldstein has spent over three decades exploring how the body stores tension—and how skilled, responsive touch can help release it. Originally trained in both education and musculoskeletal therapy, Steven began teaching in the early 1990s in Seattle, working alongside some of the best-known names in the field. Since then, he’s taught thousands of practitioners across the globe, developing a unique approach that bridges fascia, function, and nervous system regulation.
His method—now known as Fascial Therapy (FT)—has evolved through decades of clinical work, anatomical study, and a deep respect for the human body’s capacity to adapt and heal. Steven’s teaching blends direct and indirect myofascial techniques, osteopathic principles, and trauma-informed practice. But more than that, it’s grounded, generous, and rooted in lived experience.
Steven currently lives in Melbourne where he directs the Fascial Therapy Institute Australia and continues to teach internationally. His style is often described as dynamic, playful, profound and informative. He’s known for helping practitioners not only refine their technique, but also expand how they think about touch, safety, and clinical change.
