Emotional Integration
A specialised CPD course for qualified Bowen Therapists created by Amanda Philipe-Savage, drawing on over 30 years of clinical experience. This groundbreaking programme helps Bowen therapists understand how trauma, emotions, and subtle energetic blockages are held within the body, and how to gently release them through informed, intuitive Bowen Therapy.
By combining the physical precision of Bowen moves with energetic awareness, practitioners can guide clients toward lasting emotional and physical shifts. This course offers both a professional upgrade and a personal healing journey.
Why this course?
Unlike other programmes, this course bridges Bowen Therapy with trauma-informed, energy-aware practice. You’ll learn how to identify emotional patterns stored in fascia and meridians, apply targeted Bowen moves to restore energetic flow, and support deep emotional release with sensitivity and clarity.
Amanda also emphasises the importance of practitioner well-being and energetic hygiene, giving you tools to protect your own energy and avoid emotional burnout.
What you will learn
You’ll gain knowledge and practical tools across 12 integrated modules covering:
- How vibration, trauma, and energy blockages affect health
- The emotional-organ connection and the role of fascia
- Meridian pathways and their link to unresolved emotional themes
- Bowen techniques for supporting emotional and energetic release
- The use of emotional charts to track root causes of chronic symptoms

Learning Format: Online + In-Person
This course is delivered through a blended format of both online and in-person sessions to optimise both learning and integration:
Online Learning – 6 x 1.5-hour live sessions
The theoretical foundation is taught online in manageable, interactive sessions. This format allows participants time to reflect, absorb, and begin integrating concepts gradually.
In-Person Practical – 2 full days
The live practical days are where the theory comes to life. You will learn and practise Bowen moves that support emotional release, explore trauma-informed touch, and experience first-hand how to apply intuition, energy awareness, and grounding techniques in real time.
This hybrid format ensures participants are emotionally and mentally prepared before hands-on application, and maximises safety, embodiment, and transformation for both therapist and client.
